These terms cover using gaymoves.com. By using the site, you agree to them. GayMoves is run by Dylan Lennon.

Checking your city is not a contract

Sending the Check my city form does not sign you up for anything or commit you to pay. A partnership only starts when we both sign a written partner agreement, and that agreement governs if anything on this site says otherwise.

Prices

Posted prices are $299/month for the first 10 cities and $399/month after that, on a 12-month term. Prices on this site can change; the price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.

No promise of results

GayMoves provides a website, a CRM and a newsletter. It does not promise leads, clients, referrals, closed transactions or any amount of income. What you do with the platform is up to you.

One agent per city

City availability on the cities page is shown in good faith and can change. A city is only reserved for you once your partner agreement is signed.

Fair housing and your license

Every Gay [City] site follows the Fair Housing Act. Partners are responsible for following their own state's license and advertising rules, and their brokerage's policies.

The site itself

The words, design and code on gaymoves.com belong to GayMoves. The site is provided as is. These terms are governed by North Carolina law.
